Our standard terms of business are:
- All Goods to be paid for in full before dispatch (unless other terms agreed by Devonshire Stone Ltd).
- All Goods are subject to VAT.
- All prices are ex works.
- All customers MUST have a physical shop (no online sales only).
- All damaged Goods must be reported within 5 working days of delivery (supported evidence maybe required).
- All prices could be subject to variation without prior notice.
- Orders are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate as applicable on the total order value including carriage.
- Export orders should be VAT free, but EU customers must provide their own national VAT number.
- Insurance for export orders is not provided as standard but is strongly recommended.
- Products remain the property of Devonshire Stone Ltd until paid for in full.
- We reserve the right to change designs and specifications at any time.
